Fated Mystique Boutique Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2025

At Fated Mystique Boutique, we pride ourselves on delivering unique, high-quality products designed to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Please read the following carefully as it constitutes an integral part of your purchase agreement.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order and completing a purchase with Fated Mystique Boutique, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, it is non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except as expressly stated herein.

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to package your order securely, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we will issue a shop credit equal to the purchase price of the affected item(s), subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the item(s) and the packaging.

  • Upon verification and approval of your claim, the shop credit will be issued and may be applied toward future purchases at Fated Mystique Boutique.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason. To be eligible for a return under this provision:

  • The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note, this EU cooling-off period right is separate and does not affect the all-sales-final policy applicable elsewhere.

Policy Amendments

Fated Mystique Boutique reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made thereafter.
