LaMystique LLC operates Fated Mystique Boutique™ and FMB Apparel Co. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our websites, checkout, customer accounts, communications, reviews, affiliate or referral activities, analytics, advertising, digital products, courses, memberships, and related services.

Information We Collect

• Contact and identity information, including name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, and account details.
• Order and transaction information, including products viewed or purchased, customization details, discounts, gift cards, rewards, subscriptions, returns, and customer-service history.
• Payment-related information processed by Shopify and payment providers. We generally do not receive full payment-card numbers.
• Device, usage, cookie, analytics, advertising, and approximate-location information, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with ads or messages.
• Content submitted by customers, including reviews, photographs, videos, social-media tags, messages, course participation, and support requests.

How We Use Information

• Process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, administer accounts, provide digital access, and support customers.
• Personalize services, maintain wish lists or carts, operate subscriptions and rewards, and improve products, courses, content, and website performance.
• Send transactional messages and, with appropriate consent, email or SMS marketing.
• Measure analytics, attribute referrals, display or measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, protect accounts, and enforce policies.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers and business partners that support hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, shipping, Route Protection or insurance, customer service, email and SMS, analytics, advertising, reviews, fraud prevention, cloud storage, affiliate tracking, loyalty programs, subscriptions, digital delivery, course access, accounting, and professional services. We may also disclose information when directed by the customer, during a business transaction, or when legally required. Providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms and our contractual arrangements where applicable.

Marketing Consent

Email marketing and SMS marketing use separate consent mechanisms where required. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Customers may unsubscribe from email using the message link and may opt out of SMS by following the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP. Transactional messages may still be sent when necessary to complete or service an order or account.

Cookies Analytics and Advertising Choices

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, analytics, security, referral attribution, and advertising. Where required, the site will provide Accept, Reject, and Manage Choices controls. Rejecting nonessential technologies may reduce personalization or certain features but should not prevent core shopping functions. Browser controls and legally required opt-out mechanisms may also be available.

Customer Reviews and Social Content

If a customer submits a review, photo, video, testimonial, or public social-media tag featuring our products, the customer represents that they have the right to share it and grants LaMystique LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and repost that content for business marketing, with credit when practical. We will honor valid privacy rights and reasonable removal requests where feasible and legally required.

Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may request access to or knowledge of personal information, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection to certain processing, opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling, limitation of certain sensitive-information uses, or appeal of a denied request. A person may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We may verify identity before completing a request and may require an authorized agent to provide proof of authority. Legal exceptions may apply, including records needed for transactions, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including account administration, fulfillment, digital access, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations, disputes, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and Purchases

Our services are not directed to children. Purchases and account transactions are limited to adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review or deletion of information submitted by a child.

International Data Transfers and Updates

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Shopify and our providers operate. When required, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used. We may update this policy prospectively and will post the revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
