Subscription/Membership and Cancelation Policy

Effective date: September 19, 2026

This policy applies only when LaMystique LLC offers a recurring subscription, paid membership, or automatically renewing program. The specific offer displayed at enrollment controls its price, billing interval, included benefits, minimum commitment if any, trial terms, and cancellation method.

Authorization and Recurring Charges

By enrolling, the customer authorizes the disclosed recurring charges, taxes, and fees to the selected payment method until cancellation takes effect. Consent to a recurring purchase must be separate from consent to email or SMS marketing. The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate account information.

Renewal Notice and Price Changes

Automatic renewal, reminder notices, trial conversion notices, and price-change notices will be provided when and as required by applicable law. Material changes apply prospectively. If required, affirmative consent will be obtained before a new price or materially different recurring term takes effect.

How to Cancel

Customers may cancel through the account tools or other cancellation method displayed with the subscription, or by emailing fatedmystique@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is processed; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law or the offer expressly states otherwise. Access or benefits may continue through the paid period.

Failed Payments Suspension and Termination

We may retry a failed payment when disclosed by the payment provider, suspend benefits, or terminate a subscription after reasonable notice. We may also terminate for fraud, abuse, policy violations, unlawful activity, or program discontinuation. Any legally required refund or notice will be provided.

Physical and Digital Subscription Items

Processing, shipping, final-sale, digital-license, and problem-reporting rules remain applicable to subscription items. A cancellation request does not cancel an order already fulfilled or in fulfillment unless the specific offer or applicable law provides otherwise.
