Gift Card, Store Credit, and Loyalty Program Terms

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases through the issuing brand or website and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. They cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless expressly allowed. Treat the code like cash; the holder is responsible for protecting it. We may replace value only when ownership and remaining balance can be verified and replacement is required or approved. Gift cards do not expire unless a lawful expiration is clearly disclosed at purchase.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued to the customer account or email identified when the credit is granted. It has no cash value, is nontransferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be combined or used outside the stated terms except where law requires otherwise. Promotional credit may expire if the expiration is clearly disclosed and legally permitted; credit issued as a required refund is treated according to applicable law.

Loyalty and Rewards

Points, rewards, tiers, referral benefits, and promotional balances have no cash value and are not property. Earning and redemption rules are those displayed in the program at the time of activity. We may correct errors, reverse benefits associated with refunds or abuse, limit duplicate accounts, and suspend fraudulent activity. Material program changes or termination will be communicated as required by law, with a reasonable redemption opportunity when appropriate.

Restrictions

Gift cards, credits, and rewards may not be purchased, earned, transferred, or redeemed through fraud, automated activity, false referrals, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized resale. We may require verification and refuse or reverse unlawful or abusive activity while preserving mandatory rights.
