Digital Products, Courses, and Educational Content License

Digital Delivery and Final Sale
Digital downloads, ebooks, PNG files, templates, guides, videos, course access, and similar electronic products do not include a physical item unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Because access can be delivered immediately, these purchases are final once delivered, downloaded, streamed, or accessed, except where mandatory law requires a remedy or the content cannot be delivered and support cannot reasonably correct the issue.
License
LaMystique LLC grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the purchased content according to the product listing. Unless the listing expressly grants commercial-use rights, the license is for the purchaser’s personal use only. A commercial-use permission applies only to the permitted finished physical products and does not transfer ownership of the source file, design, course, or copyright.
Prohibited Uses
- Sharing account credentials or files with another person, group, drive, marketplace, classroom, or membership.
- Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, giving away, uploading, posting, or making the original or modified digital file available to others.
- Claiming the content as original work or using it to create a competing digital file, template, course, guide, library, or download collection.
- Removing notices, watermarks, access controls, branding, or copyright information.
Access Compatibility and Backups
The customer is responsible for compatible software, devices, storage, and internet access. Download and securely back up eligible files promptly. Course or hosted access remains available for the period stated at purchase and may change when required for maintenance, security, platform changes, legal compliance, or discontinuation. When practical, reasonable notice or an alternative will be provided for a material discontinuation.
EU and Other Mandatory Digital Rights
Where law provides a withdrawal right for digital content, immediate delivery should begin only after the customer gives any required express consent and acknowledges any resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Legal conformity and defect remedies remain available where they cannot be waived.
