Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility and Enrollment

Applicants must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and be approved by LaMystique LLC. Approval is discretionary. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint-venture relationship. Affiliates are responsible for taxes, expenses, and legal compliance.

Required Disclosure and Truthful Promotion

Every endorsement must be truthful and based on genuine experience. The affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection to Fated Mystique Boutique™ or FMB Apparel Co. near the endorsement and in each relevant post, video, email, page, or other promotion. A profile-only or hidden disclosure is not sufficient. Affiliates may use only current, approved claims and must not promise medical benefits, safety, income, guaranteed results, scarcity, discounts, or product characteristics that are not authorized and accurate.

Tracking Commissions and Payouts

Commission rates, attribution windows, qualifying products, payout thresholds, schedules, and methods are those displayed in the affiliate dashboard or written offer. A commission is earned only on a valid qualifying purchase that is successfully tracked, paid, fulfilled, and not canceled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise excluded. Tracking can be affected by browser settings, cookies, consent choices, device changes, or another referral source; untracked activity does not automatically create a commission.

Prohibited Activity

• Self-referrals, fabricated orders, unauthorized coupon distribution, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, misleading redirects, spam, or incentives not approved in writing.
• Bidding on LaMystique LLC or brand names, misspellings, domains, or confusingly similar terms in paid search unless written permission is provided.
• Impersonating the business, creating misleading accounts or domains, presenting an affiliate page as an official store page, or using copyrighted content outside the approved license.
• False reviews, review suppression, harassment, unlawful content, infringement, or promotions directed to children.

Brand Materials and Content

Approved brand materials are licensed only for authorized affiliate promotion and remain the property of LaMystique LLC or its licensors. Materials must not be altered in a misleading way. Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using brand assets and remove active promotional claims and links where reasonably possible.

Suspension Termination and Changes

We may audit traffic and orders, withhold disputed commissions while investigating, reverse ineligible commissions, suspend participation, or terminate an affiliate for violation, fraud risk, reputational harm, legal risk, or program changes. Terms and commission structures may be changed prospectively with notice through the dashboard, email, or updated program page as appropriate. Provisions concerning accrued obligations, intellectual property, fraud, confidentiality, and disputes survive termination.
